Compensation Structure

Residual income paid on all closed accounts for as long as the client remains active

Top-performing part-time sales reps earn $100,000+ annually

Residual income typically ranges from $3,000–$4,000 per month for consistent performers

Account-Level Upside

Many Studio Escrow clients operate with multi-user accounts. Some deals include 20–25 active users under a single account, allowing sales associates to earn commission across the entire account from one closed deal. This creates significant upfront commissions and long-term residual income from a single sale.

Promotion Path

Sales Associates who generate $10,000+ in closed sales per month for 6 consecutive months are eligible for promotion to:

Regional Sales Director

Base Salary: $3,000 per month

Continued commissions and residual income

Leadership and territory growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential Studio Escrow clients

Educate prospects on CRM, automation, and platform benefits

Close new accounts and onboard clients into the sales pipeline

Maintain accurate deal tracking inside the CRM

Build long-term client relationships to maximize residual income

Requirements

Sales experience preferred (B2B, SaaS, or services a plus)

Strong communication and closing skills

CRM IMPLEMENTATION & ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Miami, FL)

Estimated Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

Commitment: 40 Hours/ Week

Role Overview

The CRM Implementation & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new Studio Escrow clients through setup, configuration, and launch. This role ensures each client’s CRM, automations, and pipelines are aligned with their business workflows and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding calls and technical setup sessions

Configure pipelines, calendars, forms, automations, and integrations

Customize CRM environments based on client industry and use case

Document onboarding progress and system configurations

Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve setup issues

Educate clients on best practices and system capabilities

Requirements

2+ years experience with CRM platforms or automation tools

Strong understanding of workflows, funnels, and lead management

Comfortable working directly with clients

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Experience with SaaS onboarding or technical support preferred

AUTOMATION & WORKFLOW STRATEGIST

Location: Remote

Estimated Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Role Overview

The Automation & Workflow Strategist designs, builds, and optimizes automation systems inside Studio Escrow. This role focuses on efficiency, scalability, and reducing manual work for clients across sales, support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced automation workflows

Audit and optimize existing client automations

Build logic-based triggers, conditions, and alerts

Support AI-driven messaging and follow-up systems

Troubleshoot automation failures and data flow issues

Collaborate with product and onboarding teams

Requirements

3+ years experience with marketing automation or CRM workflows

Strong understanding of SMS, email, and multi-channel communication

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Ability to translate business needs into system logic

Experience in SaaS or RevOps environments preferred

CLIENT SUCCESS & SUPPORT MANAGER
